Here’s your first Wholehearted Leadership™ Truth or Dare Challenge to help you Live With Integrity.

 

TRUTH: Where have you been compromising your integrity by selling out or playing small? Consider who or what is putting pressure on you and how you can release the hold to reclaim your power. What do you need to change to live with more integrity?

DARE: This week, challenge yourself to lead with authenticity rather than seek approval and acceptance.

This may require you to be more direct and honest with your communication and interactions or even say “no” more. Start now and notice the difference in your life and leadership!

And FYI: It’s totally fine to say no. It’s a key part of maintaining your own peace and self love to occasionally say no. You have to maintain your own life and wellness to be able to give to others!
